Trips to Food Banks

We now make monthly trips to Midwest Food Bank in Peoria and Riverbend Food Bank in Moline. Through the generosity of several banks we were able to purchase a trailer which makes our trips much easier.

Examples of purchased items include: salad dressing, cereal, granola bars,pasta, vegetables,soup, canned fruit, beverages, bread, frozen meat,baking items, candy, etc.

-Operation Backpack is in full swing and going well due to the efforts of our volunteers.

We will be hosting our 3rd Annual Trivia Night on February 16th at 5PM at the Stronghurst Christian Church. Registration is at 4:30.For more information contact the center at 309-924-1872.

FOCC Location

We are located in the basement of the Farm Bureau building in Stronghurst, IL. The building is located on the north corner of the intersection of Highway 94 & Main St. The entrance to the basement is located in the rear of the building.
